Hello, this is Erina. I am indisposed at this time. Please leave your message and I will return it. Thank you.
[There is distinct Pachirisu squeaking.]

No, Peda, you may not leave a message.

[This message reaches both Erina and Jonathan's inboxes. There is a short video attachment. Judging by the sounds, it's taken on a beach. On the sand, protectively cradled against the side of an older Lapras lies a tiny newly-hatched Lapras, blinking adorably up at the camera. It is very small. Well, it is still big, but also, it is small. Oh, but that is not all, because out from behind the first baby pops the head of another baby Lapras (they had sold him two eggs after all), nipping at the first baby's ear.]

I thought you might like to know that the eggs hatched. Both of them. I'm open to any naming suggestions if you have them.

[Armin knows the power of baby Lapras.]

That would be much appreciated. I have to confess, I'm starting to run out of names.

I'm doing fine, thank you. I hope it's the same for you. I know one of those weekends can be... rather a lot to adjust to the first time you experience them.

[And the second time. And the third. And... actually, they always remain a bit of a pain in the butt.]

On the lake? Like on a boat?

[She totally must mean on a boat, right? How else can you dance on a lake?]

I'm glad you got your jewellery back. There were some things I wasn't able to retrieve, but thankfully, that was mostly cheap and easy to replace things. The only thing I really wanted back was my Dive TM, and thankfully Newt and I found that.

Hopefully, they won't do it again, but I guess the next time things start going missing, at least we'll know where to look.

Maybe. But if there is any time even the strangest things can be reality it is during those weekends. Thankfully they don't happen too often.

This might be a personal question, but did you happen to find something from your own world as well among the things they took?
